Description: From 2 to 6 feet tall. Leaves are basal in fan form, long and slender. Flower color varies from yellow - orange to orange - red. Flowers last one day hence the name Day Flower, they bloom mostly in sequence, one cluster of buds can last a week.Location: Moist wooded slopes or meadows, bogs and low thickets
