Description: From 6 to 30 inches  tall. Fleabanes have very numerous rays up to 100 - 150 in this species. Slender hairy sometimes smooth with few to many Lavender to magenta flowers.less than 1 inch across, leave clasp stem. plants grow in groups from a under ground runner system.
