GARLIC MUSTARD
Alliaria officinalis Mustard Family Cruciferae
April - June Infrequent Alien
Description: From 12 to 36 inches tall, straight and slinder stem, with triangular or oval leaves and the oder of onion or garlic henc the name. This European introduction has been in salads and medicine. It gives it flavor to cows milk and pack rats love to collect the seed pods for winter storage.

Location: Moist open woods, roadsides
