LIVERWORT ( round lobed Hepatica)
Hepatica acutiloba Crowfoot Family  Ranunculaceae
March - May Common
Description: From 1 to 6 inches tall. New leaves appear after the flowers. Flowers vary from white to pink or blue. Note the round lobes of the three lobed leaves. Stalks are hairy, petals that are really sepals.

Location: Leafy woods
