Description: From 4 inches to 1.5 feet tall, Jointed pads equipped with tufts of bristles; showy yellow flowers that open wide in the early morning hours often with red centers. The fruit turns reddish purple when ripe and is edible when the skin is removed. Handle this plant with care!!
