Description: From 2 to 6 inches tall. Leaves are divided into 7 to 13 fingerlike segments. Flowers may vary from light blue to blue purple, or the two upper petals may be dark purple with the lower petals being light purple to blue. This is one of the most showy violets. Can be a single plant or large colonies.Location: Open woods, open woods and fields.
