Description: From 1 to 3 feet tall, with usually 2 leaves dividedinto 3 or 5 segments. The flap like spathe is green or purplish brown (note images below), often stiped and curves gracefully over the club shape spadix. (Hence the name" the Jack or preacher in his canopied pulpit") Flowers are tiney at the base of the spadix
