LILY OF THE VALLY
Convallaria majalis Lily Family  Liliaceae
May - June Rare
Description: From 4 to10 inches  tall. Leaves are large and sheath the stem. These plants are usually found in dense colonies. The plants are poisonous if eaten and are skin irritants to some. Flowers have a sweet pleasent oder, like your grandmothers bath powders. If only we could have scratch and smell!!

Location: Open woods, roadsides
